Forest School

Friday’s group had a lovely Autumn morning down in the woodland area.  Today was all about creating a den/cave for the dragon from this terms book The room on the broom.  The children separated into two teams and contributed their ideas how best to make their cave, this generated lots of excited discussions and ideas before the children all went off to find bits

Santa Train

We have secured a private train on Saturday 5th December for nursery families to visit with Santa at the Middleton Railway.  The train is booked for 11.15am, booking forms are available upon request.  This is a lovely event and has no long queue’s as is the norm when trying to see Santa.

Lightning the flower fairy

New Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum

The government have released the new Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum to be introduced from Sept 2012. We are currently updating all our paperwork and we will be delivering training to the whole team on our training day.
